Beta Membership Terms

1. Overview

EazyCRM offers a Beta Membership program that allows users to access pre-release features, experimental tools, and early versions of our software. Participation in the Beta program is voluntary and provides limited access under the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To join the Beta program, you must:

Have a valid EazyCRM account.
Agree to these Beta Membership Terms.

Participation may be limited at EazyCRM’s discretion.

3. Nature of Beta Access

Features provided in the Beta program are experimental and may be unstable, incomplete, or unavailable at any time.
EazyCRM may modify, suspend, or remove Beta features without prior notice.
Beta access is intended for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

As a Beta Member, you agree to:

Use the Beta features in accordance with all applicable laws and EazyCRM’s Terms of Service.
Provide feedback, report bugs, and participate in surveys if requested.
Keep all Beta information confidential unless explicitly authorized by EazyCRM.

5. Limitations & Disclaimers

Beta features are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
EazyCRM is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues caused by the use of Beta features.
Beta membership does not guarantee access to future releases or paid features.
Data created or modified during Beta testing may not be fully preserved; EazyCRM recommends using test data instead of production data.

6. Feedback & Intellectual Property

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant EazyCRM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your feedback into our products.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials, but EazyCRM may use them freely for development purposes.

7. Termination of Beta Membership

EazyCRM may terminate your Beta Membership at any time, without notice.
You may also withdraw from the Beta program at any time by contacting us at contact@eazy-crm.com.

8. Changes to Beta Terms

EazyCRM may modify these Beta Membership Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
